Using emtelligent Solutions

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the rules for using emtelligent Solutions responsibly. It bans illegal activity, malicious or disruptive behavior, harassment, intellectual property infringement, and content that could harm emtelligent’s reputation. If this policy is broken, emtelligent may suspend access or take other action.

Ancillary Software and Data License

These terms cover the add-on software, data and related materials emtelligent provides to support your licensed emtelligent Solutions. You may use them only for that purpose. The terms describe limits on copying, changing and sharing these materials, along with warranty disclaimers and limits of liability.

Data Privacy and Security

Data Processing Addendum

This explains how emtelligent handles personal data for you. You are the controller of the data, and emtelligent processes it on your behalf. It covers our security safeguards, how we tell you about data incidents, our promise not to sell or share personal data outside our business relationship with you, and our compliance with data protection laws.

Business Associate Agreement (HIPAA)

This agreement sets out how emtelligent protects Protected Health Information (PHI) as a business associate under HIPAA. It covers safeguards for PHI, breach notification, individuals’ access requests, and how PHI is returned or destroyed when services end.

Third-Party Content

Third Party Services and Terms

emtelligent Solutions use well-known medical terminologies and ontologies, including SNOMED CT, RadLex, RxNorm, NCI Thesaurus, HGNC, LOINC and RadPlaybook. This page lists each component and the license that governs it. It also explains that customers get only limited rights to use these materials as they are delivered in emtelligent Solutions.
